yes u can setup a company as a one man band, however you will probably get caught under IR35 legislation which will mean you will pay additional tax as if you were a normal sole trader. best thing to do is seek advice from an accountant as they will need to look at varying aspects of your contracts with each of the educationalists. assuming you do quite a few different contracts then you maybe ok with it.

to setup the company ie get all the paper work done and completed, issue shares to yourself, get the company registered, you can visit www.companieshouse.gov.uk and they can do it for a minimal fee of around £40. however you will eventually need an accountant to complete or the company secretarial work etc..and file accounts if required.

just bare in mind that setting up a company is a good way of saving on personal tax depending on your income levels and also protects you against liability should you go under. I cant imagine that you would have a lot of creditors being in the consultancy business so i may work out best to just go self employed. best to put some estimated figures together of income and exps and also how much you would need to live on each month, this will help and accountant work out which is the best method for you.

Just increase your work load in manageable stages and move on from 1 day to 2 days and so on. Advertise in the educational magazines and send out a mail shot to your target customers. Try not to get into bank loans and work in a methodical way. If you want help take them on as self employed and pay them commission on work they generate.
Best of luck and have a happy Christmas.

Oh, wow, you'll need to hire someone to translate your attempt at English.
Dyslexic?
No shame in that, by the way but I hope that you are and not actually going to post a question with so many spelling errors if you're a "consultant to educationalists".
Good luck.
