N=12 ==> number of data...

min= 2
Q1=(0.25)*N= 3rd number....therfore Q1= 4
Q2=median=(0.5)*N=6th... therefore Q2=(6+7)/2=6.5
Q3=(0.75)*N=9th number...therefore Q3=12
max= 35


for median...because the number of observation we have got is even...then we take the two middle numbers and divide them by 2...these two numbers are 6 and 7 , so we had them and then divide them by 2..
