It could be a serious medical problem so you might want to see a doctor, but it could be something as simple as internal hemorroids. These are hemorroids that occur inside you and have no outward signs.You may also experience some blood in the stool from internal hemorroids.
To remedy them, you need more fibre in your diet. A fibre laxative could also help. Above all see a doctor, because this could be more serious than the problem I've described.

i suppose this site is intended 4 all questions, this question confirms it. Umm... try a maxi i dont know. I do know if my butt or private areas were leaking anything i would be at a doctor or the closest Emergency Room and not online
