My 1day old screen for my Creative Zen V is frozen
Nothing works not even the turn on off button
Or the Usb cable wen pluged in Just nothin please help me!

It this is just a one-off thing, once in a million years... then letting the batteries die/drain and letting it sit like that for a couple of days could work.
However, since this is a 1 day old machine, better call the company and try to have it replaced under warranty. It could be a manufacturing defect.

If there is a reset button on it, press it.
If there is NO reset button on it, contact the manufacturer for a replacement before the warranty expires.

Better call customer support and get a new one pronto, before the warranty is over.

try restarting it! If that doesn't work, reset it.
