everyone has motivation to some extent, do you not get out of bed each day, wash and dress? well that's motivation, if you have goals in life well one can't achieve them without getting off ones back side and do something about it. Instead of sitting down and thinking about what is to be done get up and do it, that's what motivation is all about.

I'm working on this one myself. This may sound "new age" but it's been around forever, try meditation, the kind that involves manifesting. Keep a scrap book of what the future will hold if you motivate yourself to get "there". Always look around you to see how fortunate you are with what you already do have (yes, this can be inspiring). PRAY often. Read books/biographies/autobiographies of people who have accomplished what you want to accomplish. I hope this helps.

What you think about, you bring about.
Come up with positive statements as is your goals have already been achieved. Then post them on your desk and read them to your self. You can also put them on a mirror and say them to yourseld every morning while looking positive, smiling.

Use desire... make it work FOR you, not against you as it usually tends to do when left unchecked and un realized.

The common denominator there, would be simple basic common sense.

Combined the two things are un stoppable!
