Try a vampy red heel.
It sounds like you're leaning toward metallics--I wouldn't really do silver and gold clothing-wise.
Break it up, try some color :)

I believe gold will look tacky. Since you have a flashy dress and plan to do flashy eye makeup, go for a sexy ankle wrapped black open toe shoe.

red would look great and go with the makeup. you dont want to match the makeup with your outfit anyway, thats so passe
