Unfortunately I haven't seen many websites but that's not to say there isn't any. My views on corruption is that it would be in any man made system regardless of country or race to some degree. It takes non-apathetic people to monitor and correct this. unfortunately it's in the nature of man to become comfortable and have an apathetic attitude. What I find interesting about our government is there is supposed to be separation between the governmental entities to check and balance out things. It takes people like yourself watching, inquiring and voting. It takes courage and determination. There will always be someone pointing the finger at what they don't understand or want to bring down.

In my book, ex-New York Mayor Rudolf Giuliani is a prime example of a good leader. A man of true courage and stability. We need to have his picture on one of our money bills or some kind of shrine. Lol, he does deserve credit when he took on John Gotti and he did make New York a safer place when he was in.

I work in law enforcement, and I am finding that American Citizens have been getting railroaded by attorney's. These attorney's are telling people to plead on a cases, and then advising that although sentenced to say 5 years, they will only do one and then get an early release. This is an outright lie and the lawyers only use this tactic to avoid the work of a jury trial. I have heard this so many times that it is heart breaking. Yes there is much corruption in our CJ system, but as a whole I think it works. It's not the system that is bad, it's the people who make up the system who have personal biases, greed and/or a get-over mentality. You may want to check out this site, although I doubt there will ever be a tally of actual corruption in this country.. http://newark.rutgers.edu/~wcjlen/WCJ/stats/international.html

I don't think such websites exist but perhaps they should. But how would one go about gathering the statistics? What would the risks be involved for the collectors of the statistics and the web masters of the site? The powers that be who are corrupt don't want the common folk knowing their evil deeds do they?

The chances of corruption within a communities justice system
is 50-50, and it can go from the Mayor down to the rookie cop.

That's not an accusation it is a statement of fact.

As for websites, not reliable ones.

Thank you very much, while you're up!!!!!

The U.S. detention center structures are filled up with risky criminals. they don't have the money or area to save criminals in there for more advantageous then their sentence (or a lot less) the issue isn't that the justice gadget has to launch the adverse criminals, that is that the U.S. prisons are so finished from each and each and every of the **** those who muck up American society that they could't discover room for what they offer concept to lesser crimes. Now if the guy replaced right into a rapist, homicide, terrorist, or a accurate away chance to nationwide safe practices then they could try their perfect to save them in detention center, yet on the grounds that he replaced into not they had to enable him bypass

"Corruption" is a product of the general nature of human beings, so its prevalance within the Justice system should be expected to be about the same as everywhere else (though you could be forgiven for expecting it to be lower with that 'industry').

Corruption is also within the eye of the beholder. Did you never tip well at a restaurant to get good service on your next visit?

It's a way of life across America now. Lawyers for Plaintiffs make deals with Judges against their own clients. Defense and Prosecutors make deals with Judges against the Accused.

There should be websites.

Try OJ Simpson for starters, then try the investigation of the Destruction of the Twin Towers.
