Is it just me or is Y!A is getting boring? Maybe is because i see the same questions over and over again

No haven't noticed. Could be the time of years. People are gone or out with many things to do.

I have not reached that point. There are so many category's to go to. The category's I cannot answer the questions, I can learn from.

If you find it boring...try doing other things that would interest you. You will make space for others who are enjoying.

Yes some days it sucks the questions are dumb or just keep getting repeated

check different categories. like instead of polls and surverys go to family relationships or politics or religion.
If you go somewhere new you're guaranteed not to see the questions you kept seeing and bound to be more interested.

the same thing happend with google answers they closed now so you cant ask questions however you can still view peoples answers
