I recently rolled the system back to a date when it worked better due to a few problems I was unable to fix, it is working fine now except for this small problem, when I turn it on now it loads up fine but an error message pops up that says-

Smartbridge alerts:MotiveSBexe- Entry point not found
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

Any ideas what this is about and how to fix it?

I (and many others) had this problem. Irefer you to a solution suggested to me a month. I did as instructed and it works.

Your pc is trying to find a newer file but the older one has same name and pc gets confused it wont cause any major problems its just annoying. if bt go to bt file in programs and smartbridge or if ntl/ smartbridge and rename the psapi .dll to psapiold.dll when you reboot this file will then be over written with the new file.

I'm no expert, but I have had a similar problem. It sounds like you may have added a program before you did the roll back and now, even though you did a system restore, the computer still recognizes one or more files from the program but can not locate the program because of the roll back...You can either ignore it (if you can still reboot properly) or get it cleaned by a professional...

Good Luck!
