Try batheing in Oilatum as this is soothing for the skin - avoid hydrocortizone creams if you can as these thin the skin with prolonged use and should only be used sparingly and not longer than 7 days - I was in agony throughout my pregnancy - the doctor said it was a reaction with hormones - use calamine lotion or use calendula this is soothing and I am sure you can get this from all good chemists and health food outlets like Hollands and Barrett. Try to keep the skin cool as you can and try and wear natural fibres rather than synthetic ones - nylon is a typical irritant. There is no real quality remedy out there I am afraid - I would be thankful that you are experiencing this through Winter rather than the Summer (that was very hard for me). I also found that as soon as I had given birth the itching stopped although the rash remained for a few days. See if you can speak to a sympatheitc doctor who understands how this is driving you mad - I had my consultant authorise an inducement as I began scarring myself badly - I am not saying it will happen to you but you should not have to suffer in silence. Good Luck

You do not say exactly where on the arms and legs, if that is a friction point, where rubbing occurs it just may be nothing. I would get something like that under my arms where they rubbed against my body, and between my legs from rubbing, did not hurt anything plus the more babies you have the faster everything comes.
