Taco Johns in the midwest has potato oles with melted cheese which are great.

Well for "fast" food I'd say Del Taco. . . .but there are a lot of mexican places around here where I live, that are really good and then other places like sit down restaurants.

I go to a little place in Norwalk, Ca called Marquez Restaurant (I think they have a website). Great food, homemade tortillas. Just got back with some Menudo from there.

Here in Davenport Iowa, it is Rudy's or Ganzo's. There are different one's everywhere. These are fast too, though you can eat inside. It is quicker to get your food at these than at Taco Bell.

Well, to me, the best place for "tex-mex" is Moes Southwest Grill.Everything is fresh daily!Also there is a place called "Mojo Burritos". Again freshly prepared food daily.
