hmmm for gaming?
Well if this thing is exclusivly for gaming I'd reccomend not getting a laptop. They are just too small and annoying to game with. You really need a mouse and a desktop is the best thing for gaming. You would also want a large moniter.
If I were you I'd get a desktop for gaming and spend your money on a good graphics card and at least 1 gigabyte of RAM. Other than that and a good monitor you can kind of cheap on the rest of the stuff

You should check out the Toshiba-Satellite P105-S921 which costs around 2000. which is pretty decent for a gaming laptop.
