I recently had to return a defective pair of Nike shoes. Nike will accept returns, but all they will give you is a gift certificate for their website niketown.com. You could use this to get a new pair of 360s, if that's what you want.

Do you have any other proof you bought your shoes from the store? In my case, I then tried to get a refund from the shoe seller directly. The store didn't want to refund my money, but after a call to a regional manager, they agreed to a refund.

You must save all your receipts for high-dollar items, at least for a year. This has saved my butt many times.

Here is the website for Nike's rather complicated return procedure: http://www.nike.com/nikebiz/nikebiz.jhtml?page=40&item=other

you're out of luck with no receipt. you could try calling nike and explaining your situation, but don't expect them to readily hand over a new pair. just stick up for yourself and be confident-- you might get some good results.

They might or they might not. If you have any proof of the date they were purchased, then the odds are in your favor.

if its a new model, they have no reasons not to change a new pair for you.
