What is the Threshold Limit Value (TLV) for cold stress..?

below 0 degrees celcius (i believe that's 32f?).
I checked the ACGIH website but I need to pay to get the answer. Can anyone give me another website with the answer as well??

There isn't one. Threshold limit value relates to exposure to chemicals, not to environmental factors.
