Toys for tots, Salvation Army, Church Organizations, some schools even offer for families down on their luck a sign up form so that children can have a Christmas.

I don't know where you live but theres alot of organization that could help, like the Salvation Army, and your local churches. They have a toy give away for children who can afford present. Give them a try

If money is an issue (and when isn't it) you should go to churches in your area, contact the Salvation Army or the Marine's for the Toys for Tots program.
