I moved to Oregon and people here get in your face, nose in your business, dig through your dumpster. I get panhandled in the good parts of town. What the hell is wrong here?

Dig through your dumpster? Haha.
Maybe put and electric fence up or something. Keeps out foxes and neighbors.

have you ever lived in L.A. ? or any other metropolitan area?
it is not just here in Oregon. since I moved to Oregon I find it more peaceful than California.
