Two of the best Tolkien illustrators are Alan Lee and John Howe, the artists who designed the look of the LOTR movies. Use Google, Amazon, etc. to find books and posters by each of them.

Firstly it's J.R.R. Tolkien. There are various poster collections and art books available on Amazon and there are also thousands of images online, I've listed some links below you might enjoy. images.google.com is another good choice for finding Tolkien-themed illustrations.

You want this book, which includes all of Tolkien's illustrations. Don't worry, it is in Russian, but the book is in English.

Use Tolkiens own - heavily inspired by ANglo-Saxon art and none of that dreadful, cheesy, Swords-And_Sorcery tripe. The great man's work is the product of his learning and has nothing to do with the (largely) dross that came after.

If you click on the link under the "Pictures from Archive" heading, you get lots of illustrations by Tolkien himself.

Scan or copy the images out of the books you can get in the library. There are LOADS of applications on the net that will enhance the picture...then...print.
