Can someone ID this ET-type movie?

I've seen this pics online and am wondering what movie they are from. The ET-looking alien has bug eyes, a pot-belly and long skinny legs. Check out these pics.

Lol! Very 1980's...sorry, I don't have an answer, but I can bet it's a B movie filmed in the 80's...

Where online did you find those? The alien looks like a puppet to me, and it could be late 70's.
