my friend made a sound that to me was a fart but she told me it was an air pocket in her vagina. is that true? this is a serious question

Yes, it is possible. A vagina is a canal that can trap air if you move in a certain way. When you move again, the air is pushed out and makes a noise. It is commonly referred to as a "queef".

Yes, air can enter the vagina during exercise or intercourse. When the air then exits, a sound is made that sounds exactly like a fart. Although embarrassing, its completely harmless.
