You must do what is best for you and not your sister. Is she going to nurse you for months on end if you get laid up with a bad back. Explain to her what the problem is and that whilst you are willing the flesh is weak.
She will understand but you need to enter into narrative with her over what has become an issue for you. Also are there no other family members who could oblige.

No I would tell her that your back is not good and when your doctor ok's u to do stuff like that then u can help her out... just because they r your family doesn't mean you have to hurt or kill urself for them... remember if anything happens to you all they will do is bring you sympathy flowers and and a bull shitting sympathy card... they won't be paying any of your bills... u will have to take care of your bills while laying in the hospital bed.
pleae tell her you can't do it due to medical problems

well i can say but yourself in your wifes position first how would you feel if she was offered the oppertunity to get laid by YOUR brother and she considered it.
I can say if i found out any sort of thing hppen like that between my fiancee and my sister i would leave my fiancee and not speak to my sister, how would you feel if you broke your wifes heart trust me if you do you wont have a marriage for long. If your wife has any sense she would leave you just for considering it as that is a sure sign you will probably cheat.

You know you obviously have wood for her, so pop round and make sure get the laying done properly. Prepare your wood, making sure there's no sticky residue. Spread her out on the floor, nail her, then walk all over her.
When you're done, stand back, light your pipe and admire your handiwork.
I take it she's hotter than the wife then?

As she is family say you will do it, but because of your back problem obviously through every other job you've laid...tell her you need your strength and stamina to do the job properly so it may take a week or so before you can fit her in...

No i think she will understand better if u just tell her the truth about your back casue if your back goes out then i dont think u will be able to do it agin.
Familiy probelms is best left with familiy as u can see the resualts of the internet most of u think hes talking about sex.

You'd best do it. But ask your sister-in-law to massage your back with ibuprofen gel first so your back doesn't get sore.
If it does get sore anyway, she'll just have to come round your place and massage it twice a day for you.

you shouldn't do it it's your wife's sister what are you thinking and your eyes aren't suppose to be wandering in the first place put yourself in your wife's shoes how would you feel if she cheated on you with your brother you wouldn't trust her and you wouldn't want to be with her ever so before you go and do something stupid think about your wife and your family you have with this woman

A bad back is serious in nature. Take rest and tell her politely. You may need rest for 3 weeks.
