I have to create a table that lays out a day by day plan to use as a job aid for my employment search that spans for 3 weeks. I am at a lost with this. Can someone provide me with an example of this.

Create a table with 7 columns.

The columns are labeled Sun/Mon/Tue etc

The number of rows is up to you.

You should have one week on one sheet of paper. Week 2 will be on the second sheet etc

Now start creating rows. Realistically, if you want a job, your "job" will be finding one. So, we can't work just one hour a day. It has to be 5-6 hrs a day searching for jobs.

Break it down into phases:

Week one will be the research phase where you review jobs you might want, search for salaries in the area, have some practice interviews with friends/family, revise your resume etc.

Week two will be actively going on job searches

Week three will be follow up and hopefully a job offer.

Example schedule.

Week One:

Sunday: Collect job ads
Monday: Go to library, review salary requirements
Tuesday: Attend resume workshop at local college
Wednesday: Practice interviews

You can break down each day by the hour, or even by the minute.

The extent is up to you.

Good luck!
