I think the above person is right. But it's called "myou ou do", The kanji for it is 明王堂.

I might be a bit off in my translation, but it looks like a part of the Mudoji temple complex, the main entrance is at the sharp curve in the road about 500 m to the north.
It seems to have a nice view, and the building at the coordinates is called (I think) Meiodo (shining king hall)
