Well, it depends on what's important to you. If waiting until marriage means waiting until you're 18 years old, that's a lot different that waiting until you're 32 years old or older.
Personally, I think it is extremely important for two people who "intend" to spend the rest of their lives together to know that they are sexually compatible. There is so much more to sex than just sticking it in and humping until he's finished. Some people just don't connect well in the bedroom. This is something that I would really want to know ahead of time. The connection isn't about experience and skill, it's about attitude toward sexuality and toward each other.

It is not stupid to wait nor is it stupid not to wait. The important thing is that you do what you feel is right for you. If you are being pressured to have sex, then don't. No one has the right to pressure you into making such a big decision. If you decide to have sex make sure you use protection. Birth control pills will eliminate the risk of pregnancy but not STD's so be sure to use a condom.

No it isn't stupid. It's all about what a person believes. If a person feels that they are ready before they get married then they should if not don't and shouldn't be pressured into it. I didn't wait and I don't regret it.

This is another issue of Abstinence. Its to be honest your option. But it shouldnt be your option if your under pressure. If your under pressure the man is going to just take what you have and leave you. If you weren't and it was your true option to have intercourse then if you believe it is so then do it. But be safe. One for of Protection is not always going to help. So strap up with a condom and don't forget to take birth control pills. 2 is always better then one. Especially in this case.

no, it is not stupid...it is the right thing that you should do. because if you do have sex and then you get pregnant, and you are not married...that will cause a big huge mess when people find out. so,no, it is not that stupid. and plus, when you are married, you know that it is the right person to do it with.

personally, i don't think it's necessary. why wait until the wedding night? all a weddding is supposed to do is signify and celebrate that you love someone and are ready to spend your life with that person and make it so that that decision is legally recognized, but you should already know that you feel that way before you make the decision to be married. if you know that, then why wait?

Well it definitely is up to the person in such a situation. It's all up to how you feel about it really.....if you're a person that looks to religion heavily then maybe it's a good idea to wait but if you're less concerned with religion...
