this is in stave one. marley's ghost is trying to do what with his vist with scrooge in this book? I thought it was that Marley had already died and reliazed he lived a bad life and now he regrets it and so now he chooses to help his old partner scrooge since he is taking the same path as marley did. Marley wants to change scrooge's life to make it better.


am i correct ? and if so can you please build on this and write a little bit more thank you.

i am really confused about this book right now!

Basically you're right. Marley is trying to warn Scrooge that he must change his ways in order to escape the fate that happened to Marley after his death.
