take your mom on a shopping spree! dont forget her credit card <3 .......so like you can ask her if she can take you shopping and then when you go, just casually say hey we should go into that store! and then after awhile, she might start to think that you wanted her to get some new clothes and not you so if she asks just say that she deserves a little fun sometimes too or something like that.........ok now you need to know what stores are fabulous for women in their 30s-40s
my mom is in her late 30's and she shops here...she has great taste!.............
Express
The Limited
Bebe
Nine West
Two Lips
Ann Taylor
sometimes the Gap, its not exactly the most trendiest place to shop according to some people but for women like 20+, they have some cute but classy clothes!
and like a few other places, but i cant think of them right now, these are like her favorite stores tho.........so just try to look for some stores that are cute, classy and fabulous but not too grandma-y looking
hope this helped!

moms dress to be comfortable so maybe you can buy her clothes you think are cute and she thinks are comfortable and fashionable and it doesn't have to be expensive, my sister and i shop with my mom all the time and pick out sruff for her to wear, you can evn start out by letting her borrow some of your clothes good luck!

Start with maybe a few cute accessories as Christmas presents. I found with my mom that I could slowly build from that...

be brutally honest with her. tell her you love her very much, but you can't allow this nonsense to continue. have a girls day out. shopping, going out to eat, ect... then, you can help her choose some good stuff while your shopping.

Go shopping with her and find something you both like and encourage her to try it on.
