It's called, At Worlds End.
Pirates 3 begins in the Orient, where Elizabeth is handed over to an Asian pirate named Sao Feng (Sao Feng believes that Elizabeth is a Goddess of the Sea).
Well soon we find out that she is working with Captain Barbossa, who was brought back at the end of Part 2. Their plan are to exchange Elizabeth, who is hooded, for some ocean charts, but the prisoner is actually Will Turner. After 20 minutes of action the heroes finally make it out with the charts.
Of course the Elizabeth, Jack and Will love triangle is played out, with Will believing that Elizabeth is in love with Jack. Actually Elizabeth starts to wonder if she is really a bad person or even a pirate, as suggested by Jack in Part 2.
Jack is brought back after being in Purgatory which appears to be very similar in appearance to Bill and Ted's Big Adventure Part 2.
Blackbeard and yes even Captain Hook are also in the third film for about 10 minutes during an all out "Pirates" meeting in a "secret" Pirate meeting place.
Governor Swann, James Norrington are both killed as it's an all out Pirates vs East India Trading Company/Davey Jones/British Fleet war.
Will and Elizabeth finally get married.....the End of Part 3 leaves room for yet another Pirate film.

They are in the process of making it. It's in post production. In fact, Keith Richards from the Rolling Stones is going to play Jack Sparrow's father. That I can't wait to see. That should be very cool.

yes, their are going to make a 3rd pirates of the caribbean, because captitain Jack is still alive, its to be continued.

At Worlds End. Comes out the summer of 2007. It's supposed to have an asian-themed plotline, from what I've seen of screenshots...look it up on IMDB.
