I m sue the company about advantage my money. I m deaf myself. I filed the small claim after that, few day later, the company called me and will send me the money and change their mind. It seem the company didnt want go to the court? What should i do ? Should I keep the case ? anyone answer the question?

My opinion is, dont drop it until u received the money if u dont wanna undergone a tideous lawsuit process. But...if u wanna give a lesson to the company so that they wont repeat it again, although it's a small figure, just go ahead. but u should add some more figure to claim. Talk to the your lawyer things that u entitled to claim if u proceed with the lawsuit.

If they give you the money you won't have a case. Taking it to court after that will just be a waste of your time.

If you get the money drop the case, if you dont get the money sue them what is the problem?

Wait until you have the hard currency, then drop the case. A phone call means nothing. How did they call you?

Let them send you the check.when you receive it call off your threat to go to court.It is time consuming and you may not get your filling fee back if they prove they made a good faith effort to pay you.
