As long as you're not burning copyrighted music, I'll bet most local computer stores would do it. I'll also bet it won't be cheap, so you might be better off doing it yourself.

No, that would be music piracy and is illegal. By law, you can only make 2 or 3 copies of a CD before it is considered piracy.
