Chill-out!! Is this a brother or a kid at school? You need to tell somebody you feel threatened, but don't retaliate. Everybody in this world has been picked on and survived and you will too. Just don't let him get to you enough to contemplate something so evil. Stop that thinking immediately! If you think you are getting picked on now, just wait until you have to go to juvenile and prison, and in there you will suffer in the most violent ways imaginable. So you need to rethink your current circumstances and find a way to resolve your differences. You do need to tell somebody about the 16 year old and have somebody to help you deal with him, but the other is not an option.

A boy that young wanting to commit murder needs lots of help. A 13 year old boy trying to cut someone is not a good thing and has obvious anger control issues. Is this something that has happened or is in the thought process of? The best thing to do is get to a counselor and fast no matter which has occured before the rest of his life is ruined!

Depends on what state they are in, the cause of him trying to cut the sixteen year old, and whether or not he is tried as an adult, and how many times e has been convicted previously. If he has never been in trouble and gets convicted of a misdemeanor assault or battery as a juvenile he may not do any jail time. Depends on what he gets charged for.

For murder he might get the rst of his life in jail. Depending on the object though i would say that he would have to spend at least ten years in jail.
