A lot of people think it's tacky, but I think it's good to give people gift cards since then they can get what really they want. What kind of stuff does your friend like? A safe bet might be a Sephora gift card since they have so much stuff that it's hard not to want, or maybe iTunes if she uses it or Borders if she likes reading.

OMG, what female don't like bathtub and body Works, thats a good idea. another ideas are, present cetificate for a body rubdown, nails, some thing on the ask your self save, some thing to pamper herself, women persons love that variety of stuff.
