x + y + 1=860 or anything less than 860 ...
x + y + 2 = 860 or anything less than 860...
x + y -1 = 860 or anything less than 860 ...
x + y -2 = 860 ...
x -y + 1 = 860 ...
x-y + 2 = 860 ...

y-x + 1 = 860
y-x + 2 = 860
y-x - 1 = 860
y-x -2 = 860
and so forth

must be less and this is how you wrote the possibilities WHEN YOU SAID MUST NOT EXCEED 860 so the possibilites from 1 to 859 exist also ,
or equal to 860.
