How do I play the g#m chord?

I found a couple of pictures of the chord online but it looks like I have to use more than 5 fingers...

Anyone know exact finger placement?

You can find all of the chords you want at the link provided! I looked it up for G#m and it looks like you bar the complete fourth fret, and hold the A & D string on the 6th fret.
