i need some ideas for a good running program to help me lose some weight but not alot and get faster and get my stamana up

Do other things to lose weight other than running, such as an elliptical machine, stair climber, and swimming.

All are good for cardiovascular conditioning, making you rely less on running. However, you will still need to run, but you'll have to do less of it because of the other work outs you do.
