No, I was not aware of that, but I have a great deal for you on a few bridges throughout North America.

For you, because of your knowledge and wisdom, I'll offer you the deeds at $150 a bridge. You should be able to make your money back in a single day. Sadly, I'm too old to deal with all the bureacracy any more.
