How they say it. Anoyone can say whatever they want, but the tone and feeling behind it can either tell you if it is sincere or just bull****. If someone said "Im sorry" to you, but said it sarcastically, you wouldnt take it serious right? But if someone looked you in the eyes and sincerely said "im sorry" it would be another story.

How a person says something typically is what they're saying, thats a little contradicting. Never the less, im a firm believer in speaking things as they run through your head, so that im not sugarcoating anything, because when u sugarcoat it avoids the point of even making an attempt 2 say anything. I believe in sparing some1's feelings, but there are ways of doing this without coming across as phony or minimizing the thought at hand.

In psychology, teachers always make a habit of repeating that only something like 15% of communication is through words. I always wondered how the other 85% were communicated. Well, it turns out that more is said through body language and inflection and tone. So, the most important thing is how they say it.

How a person says anything is more important. You can get any view point across to anyone about anything as long as it is done right. That person does not have to question what you mean, you dont have to be loud or beligerent, or act a fool. Well thought out words will get any point across.

How they say it. You can say something but when they way they say it is totally opposite, then clearly there is a problem. The feelings behind what they say is the most important.

It depends the thing to say.
If the thing merits to be known, people will forgive you to make small mistakes of transmission.
If the thing is small, they won't trust you anymore after, thinking you have no fiability : the way here is more important that the thing.
In any doubt, it is good being prudent and transmit only verified information.

Definitely how they say it. Tone and inflection can say more than the words themselves.
