It would probably be cheaper to buy one.

A Ouji board is not a very good idea if you are not with somebody that's experienced with parapsychology. Let me tell you why. A Ouji board is like your front door to your house. Once you have placed your hands on this board with the other person you just invited every entity in. So basically you just opened your front door to anybody that wanted to come in...could be a murderer, druggie, someone that wants to do you and your family harm or could be someone very warm and kind...you just don't know. I have heard positive experiences from folks that knew what they were doing because they had a medium with them or psychic and I have heard really terrible things happen to families. So terrible that I don't want to repeat it. In the end it's your choice but know that it's not a game and you can't control dark entities.

Making your own Ouji Board is not that smart.
If you intend on actually contacting spirits, you'll most likely conjur up evil ones with a homemade one.
Instead, go to Toys-R-Us (or similar toy store) and buy a Ouji Board. This is a lot safer.

1. Get a big sheet of tiff cardboard.
2. Draw the letters of the alphabet, the numbers 0-9, and the words 'Yes' and 'No' on the cardboard.
3. Put it up on the wall.
4. Throw darts at it.
5. If you don't have darts, just about any other projectile that will leave a mark will work. Such as, lime Jello, circus peanuts, magic markers, small balls of duct tape, etc.
6. Keep track of where said projectiles land after you ask your question.
7. Oooooh! Good stuff.
As a side note the mysteries of the name Ouija are not at all mysterious. They are simply the French and German words for 'yes' put together. Oui + ja.
Hope that helps

ok, so you can write the letter on paper. and then tape them or stick them on top of a table in a circle with enough space in between them.
use an upside down glass as the pointer.
or you can just buy one. But to play the ouija board, you should have more than one person. I wouldn't play if i were you though. it is a door to strange things.

I'd just buy one. Most likely, you will find the glow in the dark one at Toys R Us or Walmart. Personally, I didn't play, but I did ask questions as my friend and his mother play, as they often claim to talk to their grandfather on it. It's pretty sick cause it answers questions about me and my friend that my friend and his mom wouldn't know. The coolest was when I asked about my past life and it told me my name used to be John and I lived from 1745-1816. Just make sure you read up on it a bit before you use one.
