You mean lose fat? If you burn the fat and increase the muscle you will be stronger and faster. If you use weights, which I am sure you do, that would do it. You may just want to add a regimen where you decrease the weight amount and increase the reps. That will burn fat and add more lean muscle.

Look at Strahan. thats what he did and he is much faster and even stronger.

you will find that losing a little weight will help with your speed. Drink lots of water. I mean a whole lot of water every day. at least an ounce of water for every pound you weigh. Water has a lot of oxygen in it which will help with your stamina and it will really help you lose weignt. I don't know why it works but it sure does. good luck with that. Remember faster is better.
