It will be neutral with salt of Na2HPO4 and water being produced

H3PO4 +2NaOH = Na2HPO4 +2H2O

Hmm.. balance is key:

2 H3PO4 + 6 NaOH = 6 H2O + 1 Na3(PO4)2 + 3 Na+2

Extra Na+2 in the solution would leave H+ lying around.
