why does my car stall only when i fuel up?

I've already replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter. I think it might be the fuel pressure regulator. But after i start going for a minute my car is perfectly fine.

This could be moisture in your tank. Adding some gas line antifreeze usually helps my engine when stalling happens.

are u filling up with the car running??? and if you are STOP IT!!! take your car to a shop and have the evap system checked
