"All time" is pretty long.
Greatest player in which position?
These questions are daft, football is a team game and the best player is he who works with the team.
Ronaldo is a goalscoring machine, he´good at that.
But Zidane could do ANYTHING. The killer pass, brilliant free kicks, he can defend, score amazing goals, can head the Ball, two in the world cup finals against Brasil, (Ronaldo can´t head the ball), he can tackle and even do pretty good head butts.
Zidane is the best so far, poety in motion on a footy field.
