The lowest point would be the Dead Sea, which is so low that ocean water flows into it, then leaves the salt behind as it evaporates, so the Dead Sea keeps getting saltier. The lowest known part on earth, however, is the Marianas Trench, which is over 37,000 feet below the ocean.
