Restraining order

Take it to your boss- she's causing tension and being hostile in the workplace, which could probably get her fired.

Get Caller ID on your phone, and don't answer when she calls. Change your number if that doesn't help.

Just tell her if she doesnt leave you alone, you're going to have her arrested for harassment.

Good luck!

I would put it in writing, get some declarations from your friend, your husband, and your nephew and take them all to your boss. If he doesn't have a conference with her and explains the harrasment laws to her, then you likely have a law suit of your own. If nothing else works, quit your job, you and your friend can both find another one in banking I am sure. Change the phone number too...it isn't worth it. Good luck too, I think you are going to need it. Bless you for helping your friend and her baby out too.

Get a restraining order on the woman.

Orrr you could conceive some elaborate plan ala Count of Monte Critso or The Punisher and exact due punishment for her bad ways.

Go to the cops and get a withstraining order put on her. Explain to them why you do not feel safe when she is calling. Make up something to get this put on her. When she tries to contact you or your family she can be arrested. Problem solved.

Remember the best way to fight any civil battle today is through the system.

Worked for me!

This person harassing you is a total moron who needs to get a friggin life. Screen your calls, and if this rotten loser's behaviour continues, phone the police or get this person's phone number blocked. Call your phone company and explain to them what you want. If this person goes anywhere near your residence, you can have her fined for tress passing.

well for one its always hard to say no to a friend in need but sometimes you just have to learn how. because you know what kind of guy she is dealing with and so does your friend and she didnt have to tell him where she was if she really wanted to get away from him and now she put your husband and yourself in the mix .you have to lay it to her straight and put your foot down , its your house and your friend.

you should consider contacting the police because it really sounds like harassment, this girl sounds crazy, you should really tell someone who can do something about her before anyone gets hurt.
