Oh darling, join the club!

Two of my best friends in college stopped talking to me because I married someone they didn't like!

Not that that I liked those whom they got married too, but that wasn't any of my business. They spoke to me after 3 years of my marriage but things are a bit formal now.

I still don't have anyone to call my best mate, but I have found a friend in my hubby, so doesn't matter much.

You will be fine, try to make ur friend understand that you will not change, but after that, its her decision.

Whatever happens, she means well for you but she is very possessive too. So don't question her friendship...

It is a matter of whether her love for you is more than her dislike for your hubby!

All the best:)

If my husband didn't wish for somebody in his homestead i could appreciate that... Why won't be able to you and your pal in simple terms hand out? If the guy replaced he would not have a undertaking with that.

It depends if she is right about your husband, if he treats you bad or maybe has hit on her, ask her and see where she is comming from, too many questions about the situation for anyone to answer correctly. Call her and tell her you miss her and if there in a specific reason for her feelings.

If she does not support you, then she is not a true friend. No matter what she thinks of your husband, or you getting married, she should be nothing more than happy for you.

Have you tried to call her and have a chat?

Cheers!

Your friend is being selfish and this is her self-fulfilling prophecy. She was scared of losing you, so she did everything in her power to do so. She didn't try to get to know your husband and she refuses to keep in contact. I think you'd be better off finding new friends and making your husband your "best friend".

She is not a friend you want to keep. You will find new friends, ones who respect that each of us makes our own choices.

give her time she'll get over it. she's still a friend its just that maybe you two were quite close and she doesn't like the distance now so give her time and be patient with her

Irregardless of her feelings for your husband--she should not display them to you or to him--she should repsect your choice and be your friend. If not--she's not worthy of your friendship.

JUST IGNORE HER
IF SHE WANTS YOU AS A FRIEND SHE WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU
IF NOT JUST MOVE ON
