I think it is their eyes or lips. Eyes because you can tell a lot about a person from their eyes and lips because ladies can't be having jacked up lips!

Intelligence...and being able to actually spell words like 'what' and 'the'. Otherwise you'll end up with someone who is more interested in 'wot' you look like and not who you are.
