We have a 1993 Honda Accord and it won't come out of park any ideas on what we can do ?

Try following the brake pedal up to its pivot point, there may be a switch mechanism broken that allows the transmission to unlock once brake is engaged. The same holds true if you have a button on console shifter.

The steering wheel may be locked, in which case follow the directions above to unlock it.

Barring that, the Neutral Safety Switch may have failed.

Your steering column sounds like it is locked up. Press and hold the brakes and turn your wheel until it unlocks. This should open up the gear shift for you.
