Madeline Albright was in talks with Korea which was being as reasonable as it has ever been and the talks were starting to get places. Bush came in and not only stopped the talks but totally alienated Korea. End result Korea has a nuclear weapon now and a rocket to deliver it.

That is just one item that has put the US at greater risk. There are many more!!

The press are speculating that even with the changes in the two houses that things will still wait until he has gone before thinking men and things that are good for the Us can be contemplated.

Why not ask what has Bush done for the US - Err ..... um.......!!!

I can't speak for everyone but I think a big part of it is the war in Iraq... A lot of people don't understand why we are even in this war. It seems that the reasons that were given were not the real reasons. It's hard to like someone you don't trust. That's just my take on it. I know there are other reasons too but that is the most common complaint I hear. It is too bad that people can't discuss this subject calmly and maturely without getting angry and defensive.

It's all partisan politics all that is needed for people to hate Bush is the fact that he was elected President and their guy wasn't.
and people always need something to ***** about on Monday mornings around the water cooler.
No one except someone who has walked in the shoes of a U.S. President has a real grasp at the enormity of the decisions he is asked to make.
Bush is doing the best he can, I believe he is doing what he thinks is in the best interest of the country.
just like I thought that Clinton was doing the best he could and what he thought was in the best interest of the country.
I believe that some people are loyal to their political party to the detriment of the country

for me, it is the year that my husband spent in the desert getting shot at by people that had nothing to do with 9/11. that pretty much did it for me, when he sent hundreds of thousands of american soldiers to go fight a completely unnecessary war that he got us into based on weak, faulty intelligence.

that's the big one that comes to mind, is the 3,000 dead american soldiers. also the injured. followed by the absolutely disgusting amounts of money this country has spent on this stupid war.

oh, and there was the katrina fiasco, where he appointed incompetent buddies of his to run FEMA and let people die in less than third world conditions while everyone in washington sat around with their thumbs up their butts. i wasn't a big fan of that either.

there is more, i will stop with these.

He invaded a country that didn't do anything to us, illegal wire tapping of overseas calls, ruined our federal budget surplus, and rolled back corporate environmental protection standards just to name a few things. Plus have you listened to the man? He sounds so uneducated. I'm ashamed he represents our country.

I get the feeling that you're pretending to be naive, to start a flame war for your own amusement.
