This is really a toss-up, neither is a clearly better choice than the other. I think both will get 1 TD (maybe 2) and score around 15-20 fantasy points.
That said, I guess Young has *slightly* more upside, but I really expect their numbers to be the same this week.

Garcia may get a touchdown but Westbrook will probably get most of the carries this week. Young has a bigger opportunity to score more (although not much more), so despite his NFL inexperience, you should go with him this week.

I would start Vince Young he has been hot as of late and he is facing texans poor defense
