I think that Israel has the right to expel any group that opposes Israel being a state. After all, it is the Ha mas, and the Hezbollah that are doing all the killing.

Separation of peoples who don't get along used to be the height of advanced thinking. It worked for Greeks and Turks, organized by Fridtjof Nansen, who won a Nobel prize for his efforts.
Transfer of the Arabs out of Judea/Samaria and Gaza, helping them settle among their brethren elsewhere in the Arab world and giving them productive livelihoods is the humane way to solve the Arab-Israeli Conflict.
Unfortunately, Rabbi Kahane gave this idea a bad reputation through his militancy instead of a rational approach to the problem.
Benny Alon has a thought-out plan, not based on Kahane-type fist waving:

For two main reasons, neither having to do with Apartheid: (QUICK NOTE: Druze Arabs are drafted into the IDF, so your claim isn't entirely accurate.) -Firstly, this way, Israeli Arabs are not forced into situations where they may have to fight, and even kill, their Arab cousins. -Secondly, despite being Israeli citizens, many Arab-Israelis are hostile to the country, and wouldn't hesitate to turn over information they learn from the IDF to its enemies (tactics, training, troop positions, etc.) However, if they so choose, Arabs can serve, though they are not legally compelled. Often however, Arabs who do join the IDF are harassed by their fellow Arabs and therefore choose to remain anonymous when giving interviews, etc. I'm not quite sure what about this system suggests that Israel is an Apartheid country.

They should not expel their Arab citizens but they should segregate them for their own good from the general population, which is something they already do.
As far as Israel being secular is concerned, many of them are already secular, but they are controlled by the Orthodox Jews.

Arabs and Jews can not seem to work with or stand each other. Arabs should have their own little killing ground and Israel should have their own state.
My Lord, we got an Arab doctor this weekend and he is the most egotistical, unpleasant person to be around. The nurses draw straws to see who has to work with him. The shortest straw is the damned one of a day of misery. Sorry, it's the truth.

I believe that matters of religion should be a private decision of each individual. Fanatic Islamist political parties should be banned, as well as the Meretz party. I like people who employ foreign workers better then those who employ Arabs, but I can't say I have a clear view on this matter. And I believe that survivors (former prisoners, i.e: Arabs and other Muslims) of the Guantanamo Bay prison camp & Abu Garib, as well as survivors of other hell spots, should visit Israeli schools and tell their stories to Israeli pupiles, for they should know what goes on around the world.
