(Im trying to get into the best shape for football)
Im currently in high school, and i want to get into the best shape for my next football season. I currently weigh 210, and i am 5'7, and im 16 years old. I lift weights 4 times a week, and jog/run stares 3 times a week. I also diet by eating my meats, and fruit and I don't eat junk food. Is there anything else I should be doing?- Or doing more of?

What position are do you play? What do you believe to be your current most glaring weaknesses? Are you more interested in building mass, speed or strength?
At your size, I can only guess that you are looking to play maybe linebacker, defensive end, running back, or tight end. You've probably already got a pretty comprehensive weight lifting regimen going, but at these types of positions, you're going to want to improve your speed. You want to focus on exercises that activate those "fast-twitch" muscles that are so crucial in quickness and acceleration.
Running up/down stairs is good for building leg strength, however, I would recommend sprints. There is a reason football coaches universally love making their players run "suicides." It's not just to torture the players. "Suicides" mimic the type of running that you will actually be doing in-game. You might as well start motivating yourself to do them on your own now. I would also recommend finding a hilly area and sprinting uphill if possible. Another benefit: sprinting has been pr oven to burn fat better than long, slow runs.
I would also suggest that you not neglect your lower body and core in your strength-training routine. Adding explosive power exercises like jump squats (while holding weights of course) and burpees will also benefit those "fast-twitch" muscles that I discussed earlier.

Eat more veggies to help you absorb nutrition better.
Also try soy protein products, it helps you gain muscles easier without the adverse effects of meat (Some say meat lowers your stamina).

Good luck.
