Rarely EVER! I live in Texas(the hottest state besides pheonix It gets at coldest about 30 degrees.Alaska would be the best state to live in for snow ALL the time!!!

Yes... but it is going to start melting. It was in the single digit temps for the highs for a while, but now it's getting back to the mid 40's & low 50's (IL)

I live in jersey and there isn't a lot of snow.. we only get like 2 feet a year.... not much...but the wind is always bitter
